Analysis and Design of a reconfigurable antenna for Wi-Fi and WLAN Applications

IJEECC Front Page

Abstract:
In this paper we describe the analysis and design of a reconfigurable planar antenna that can operate in the Wifi band of 2.4 GHz and WLAN of 6.53 GHz, that is also in accordance to required parameters to be used for Cognitive Radio applications. The antenna was designed as a plane square spiral using microstrip technology and the re configurability was made with an inductor.
